You will identify opportunities to automate processes and use AI to remove manual work. You will lead our relationship with our MSP and help ensure high-quality support for our physical networks and hardware. You will support our team by creating clear documentation and training colleagues to use tools effectively and safely. You will oversee the hardware lifecycle for our Windows laptop fleet, ensuring devices remain healthy, secure, and fit for purpose.
