What will you be doing?
Every day will be different, but your role will include:
· Caring for gardens with expert maintenance – including lawns, hedges, irrigation, terraces, pathways, and borders.
· Shaping, pruning, and training – from delicate perennials to climbing roses and orchard trees, your plant knowledge will shine.
· Developing landscapes – whether it's adding new planting, refreshing borders, or implementing specialist training techniques, you'll make every garden thrive.
· Working closely with clients – helping them understand and appreciate the outdoor spaces you bring to life.
· Helping to train others - passing on your knowledge, tips and tricks, mentoring and guiding their careers to becoming professional gardeners.
What do we look for in you?
If you're the right person, you'll already have:
A strong work ethic – You love what you do and take pride in delivering excellence every day.
2+ years of experience in garden maintenance or horticulture.
Great plant knowledge and a good understanding of garden care techniques.
A Level 2 (or higher) qualification in Horticulture (preferable)
A UK driving licence (essential for travelling to us, and possibly between sites).
Fantastic communication skills – You'll be working with designers, clients, and a close-knit team.
A positive, proactive attitude – We're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning, and making gardens better every day.
* Bonus points if you have a PA1/PA6 spraying licence, irrigation system knowledge, or machinery certifications, but we'll support you in gaining these if needed
