Qualifications
* Project management skills.
* Leading and working effectively across cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
* Technical expertise across engineering disciplines and a passion for improving efficiencies and technology.
* Relevant experience in Project Management Engineering, ideally within the food or FMCG industry.
* Engineering degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical) or equivalent education or experience.
* Experience managing capital projects and working within project teams.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, developing and executing capital projects, technical development, and feasibility assessments of engineering‑related activities in the supply chain and capital‑expense project execution to support growth and world‑class manufacturing.
Help ensure that Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and Mondelēz standards in execution are followed.
Support the execution of capital projects using Mondelēz standards and innovation processes in project management.
Help define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of capital investments with stakeholders so that accurate budgets, plans and fit‑for‑purpose technical solutions are provided, and develop the capital budget according to the contract and forecast cash flow.
Ensure that applicable engineering developments and standards are properly implemented and support the development and implementation of state‑of‑the‑art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonise assets and roll out best practices.
