Responsibilities
* KPI reporting for all:
o digital platforms
o media/campaign assets
o sales conversion
* Data reporting and presentations on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
* Project execution of key data projects
* Leading conversion rate optimisation programmes
* Tagging management and tracking (in conjunction with Brand Communications Manager)
Person Specification
* Experience in data project delivery
* Experience with data manipulation and deriving insights from large data sets
* Conversion rate optimisation experience
* Significant experience of web analytics and an understanding of HTML (desirable)
* Strong communication skills with an ability to build bridges between technical and non-technical staff, Ability to coach and train users where required
* Ability to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels of seniority
* Analytically minded with a good understanding of data
* Strong organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise
* Proven ability to solve problems and find innovative solutions to challenges
* Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skill
