Responsibilities: Working within an established framework of pre-defined sales activities to achieve specific objectives, such as maintaining monthly account plans and quarterly activity plans to ensure all accounts are supported effectively Maintaining an up-to-date CRM system Reporting activity based results on a weekly and monthly basis Building relationships with clients across multiple sectors, over phone and email Specification sales - working with key specifiers and buyers to provide appropriate furniture solutions.
