Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its clients Intermediate Care team located based in Southwark.
Join our clients integrated ICS team delivering short-term, targeted support to promote independence and recovery. This locum role focuses on reablement, manual handling, and personalised interventions in service users' homes.
What will your responsibilities be?
Conduct OT assessments and develop reablement plans
Deliver strengths-based interventions to support independence
Provide standard and specialist equipment, and refer for adaptations
Complete manual handling assessments and plans
Maintain accurate electronic case records
Support and guide junior staff and studentsQualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
Experience in community or integrated care settings (desirable)
Strong communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning skills
