Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit developing surveyors, including those who are willing to become a SAVA qualified or are already part-qualified through the Institution of Chartered Surveyors training route.

What you will be doing
8. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and solicitors
9. Providing clear and professional advice to clients before and after inspections
10. Carrying out residential property inspections, surveys and valuations
11. Ensuring all work meets Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors standards and industry best practice
12. Managing inspections efficiently across your local Yorkshire area
13. Handling client queries with confidence and professionalism
14. Maintaining accurate records and delivering reports within agreed turnaround times
15. Contributing to repeat business through high quality service and reliability
16. Upholding the reputation at all times
What they are looking for
17. SAVA qualification and/or Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
18. Experience in residential surveying and valuation, or strong willingness to develop within the role
19. Knowledge of current Home Survey standards or the ability to quickly gain competency
20. A professional, dependable and client focused approach
21. Strong organisational and communication skills
22. The drive to work independently while being part of a supportive team
