Morgan McKinley is looking for a Finance Assistant to join a well established company based in the Brighton, East Sussex area. The Accounts Assistant will be working on a hybrid basis. The role will be working as part of the Finance team, supporting with sales ledger duties, checking of billing information, processing payments, invoices, credit notes etc.
Salary: £27K
Location: Hybrid working - Brighton office 3 days a week
Finance Assistant duties:
Processing of invoices and credit notes
Sending out statements
Checking and processing of client information - billing information
Monitoring, checking and matching payments received
Processing payments
Respond to any client account - payment queries
Update balances in the accounting systemsSkills and experience:
Experience of working in a similar Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant type role, processing invoices, payments etc.
Good IT, using systems such as Sage or SAP
Excellent communication skills
