At ACS International Schools, we inspire the world's next thinkers and doers. To help us achieve this, we are seeking an HR Payroll Administrator to join our HR Operations team on a fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of payroll and HR systems, whilst also playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our HR technology as we implement a new HR Information System.
What you will do:
* Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, working closely with HR and Payroll colleagues
* Administer and configure our HR Information Systems (HRIS), maintaining data accuracy, security, and functionality.
* Provide system support and troubleshooting, as well as training and guidance for HR colleagues.
* Produce reports and data analysis to inform decision-making.
* Play an active role in upcoming projects, including the transition to a new HRIS and integration with other systems.
* Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and safeguarding requirements.
About you:
You will have proven experience in HR systems administration, ideally with strong knowledge of iTrent or a similar HRIS. Highly organised and attentive to detail, you will be confident working both independently and as part of a team. Experience within the education sector, or with reporting tools such as SAP Business Objects, would be advantageous.
