Working with children with Special Educational Needs means no two days are ever the same. One day you’re celebrating a student’s first full sentence, the next you’re helping them build confidence, friendships, and independence. You will be there for those “small wins” every day.
Your role will include:
* Supporting children with a range of SEN needs (ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties, etc.)
* Helping create a safe, calm, and engaging learning environment
* Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
* Encouraging confidence, independence, and social skills
* Being a positive role model (and occasional superhero)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
