Role Overview
This is a brilliant role for someone on the ascendancy in their career, who wants to make their mark working for one of the world's foremost, and most prestigious Real Estate brands. The role's primary objective is to act as the Senior Account Executive for the Savills Residential offices located in Scotland (x 5 ) and the Northwest of England (x 3 offices), with a specific focus on delivery of the Savills Scotland Instagram channel. This entails partnering with the Head of Region, Heads of Office and their teams to devise marketing plans that deliver on their objectives, and then supporting with the delivery of activity.
This role will act as the key interface between the Savills residential sales and lettings agents/offices in the patch and the wider marketing team such as Brand and Digital Marketing etc. This role will be responsible for the planning and implementation of bespoke local-level marketing initiatives that aim to drive business growth, drive brand awareness and build brand preference in their local market. This role will ensure the cascade of the national marketing strategy into local offices and proactively seek out and develop marketing initiatives which pursue the objectives of the brand in new and interesting ways. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of social media best practices, as a key part of the role is to coordinate the @savillsscotland Instagram presence.
