Lead Technical Consultant – HubSpot – Remote
A UK‑based CRM consultancy is seeking a Senior HubSpot Consultant to deliver end‑to‑end HubSpot implementations. The role centres on CRM design, data migration, and integrations, working directly with clients through discovery, delivery, and optimisation.
Responsibilities
* Lead HubSpot CRM implementations across marketing, sales, and service
* Review existing systems and define CRM architecture approaches
* Design and manage data structures and system integrations
* Plan and oversee data migrations
* Advise clients on HubSpot configuration and automation
* Work alongside delivery and technical teams
* Support junior consultants where required
Experience Required
* 3+ years’ hands‑on HubSpot implementation experience
* Experience with data migration and integrations
* Understanding of CRM data architecture
* Ability to manage multiple client projects
* Confident client‑facing communication
Desirable
* HubSpot certifications
* Experience using APIs or integration tools
* Exposure to data modelling or reporting
* Experience delivering training or workshops
