Kellogg College, Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 6PN Kellogg College seeks to recruit a friendly and energetic Sous Chef who will report directly to the Executive Head Chef, to provide a consistently high standard of quality food for customers. The Role Alongside two Sous Chefs, you will be expected to oversee the general operation of Kellogg kitchens, ensuring food is prepared to the required high standard, orders are placed with suppliers and to take an active part in menu planning and costing. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Sous Chef with: • Excellent culinary skills, with the ability to create menus for both daily catering and special events • The knowledge and ability to encourage and develop all team members • Experience of producing high quality food in a fine dining environment Why Join Kellogg?
