We are recruiting for an Apprentice to join our team at RCI Bank. This role will be on a 3 year contract and during this time you will work 80% and study 20% a Level 4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship. General support to the RCI Bank Communications Manager in execution of key duties (such as analysis of acquisition channels, social media content stewardship, media PR and customer communications management and strategic projects] that ensure the smooth-running of RCI Bank’s marketing activities on a day-to-day basis.
Become a key member of a small and diverse team, supporting and working closely with RCI Bank’s Marketing and Operations managers and our colleagues from across Finance and the RCI Group businesses
Supporting the implementation of existing projects and ownership of at least one major cross-channel project that will help build brand trust
Website management including editing, creating and maintaining the RCI Bank website
Using analysis tools to help us understand and optimise acquisition spend, customer engagement and to enhance customer journeys
Managing social media accounts
Support the communications manager in creation and execution of marketing campaigns and evaluate performance
Contributing to the development of marketing strategies
Support with supplier management to maximise performance whilst balancing ROI
General administration for the team and supporting team processes
Deputise as required for the Communication Manager
Genuine passion for a career in Marketing
General understanding of Marketing concepts
Strong writing skills and verbal communications skills
Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
Able to work with large data sets
