Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as weekend team members. This role involves supporting our kiosk operations during busy weekday shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth food preparation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry while contributing to a welcoming experience for our customers. Duties
* Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items meet quality standards and safety regulations
* Serve customers promptly and courteously, taking orders and delivering food with professionalism
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kiosk and preparation area in accordance with food safety standards
* Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities.
* Follow all food safety procedures and hygiene protocols at all times
* Assist with opening or closing duties as required, including cleaning and stock checks.
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
* Customer service experience desired.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions and portioning ingredients are necessary
* Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy setting.
