If so, Future Electronics wants to hear from you! We are currently seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA team at our Headquarters in Egham, Surrey.
Job Outline:
Provide high-quality, confidential, and comprehensive analytical support within the EMEA Human Resources Team. Due to the sensitive nature of data, confidentiality is essential. The role involves analyzing compensation data, making recommendations, conducting research, and participating in special projects. There are opportunities to engage in other HR analytical activities within and outside of EMEA to support report development and productivity enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR data reporting, analysis, and project support to the HR lead and business, ensuring effective data collection and reporting on confidential HR data according to deadlines.
* Develop and maintain reporting tools and a pan-EMEA dashboard for analytics and metrics supporting HR strategy and high-performance culture.
* Troubleshoot data and reports, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
* Support ongoing monitoring of HR and Reward metrics.
* Manage data for annual pay and monthly processes, including benchmarking and modeling.
* Maintain the EMEA compensation database, verifying monthly payroll data.
* Provide regular HR and compensation reports to support strategic decision-making.
* Offer insights and recommendations for business modeling enhancements.
* Manage salary survey participation, maintain benchmarking databases, and analyze results to ensure competitive positioning.
* Conduct confidential compensation research and make data-driven recommendations.
* Ensure accuracy and compliance by analyzing PeopleSoft data.
* Generate reports and compile information for executive management.
* Prepare presentations for the EMEA leadership team.
* Collaborate with relevant departments, understanding systems, processes, and data points to support initiatives.
* Compile attendance reports to support business activities and performance metrics.
* Manage monthly executive reports for the WW head office in Montreal.
Qualifications:
* Degree educated with 5-10 years of data experience in a commercial environment.
* Proactive, able to multitask, and act on own initiative.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidentiality.
* Strong literacy, numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Access, PowerBI, Excel, Visual Basic, and SQL.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
