We are seeking an Engine Test Technician to support the testing, organisation and maintenance of the micro gas turbine engines used to propel our systems. Role Overview The Engine Test Technician will be responsible for the preparation, execution, and documentation of propulsion system testing across development, validation, and operational support programmes. This role supports the safe and efficient testing of micro gas turbines. You will work closely with engineers to ensure engines meet performance, reliability, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform initial validation of engines alongside routine maintenance. Manage our stock of engines. Develop workshop infrastructure to improve traceability and efficiency of testing. Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work. Requirements Excellent attention to detail. A good familiarity with hand tools and power tools Strong communication and teamwork skills. Background interest in technology and engineering Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
