Our client - a top US law firm are urgently seeking an experienced Print and General Office Services Assistant to join their busy team and carry out a variety of tasks daily for this growing US law firm.
Your day will vary but consisting mainly of 70% printing, sorting and binding of documents to be turned round swiftly to completion, assisting with organising couriers, setting up of meeting rooms, helping with current office moves, etc.
Candidates should have at least two years experience in a top City law firm within general facilities and extensive knowledge of print room tasks as well as able to start immediately for this short contract.
