To support our continued growth and development, we are recruiting into our Process Controller team, within the Operations Centre. As a Process Controller within our Container Division, you’ll play a key role in managing and supporting the day-to-day operations across our terminal. Using our Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) and other digital tools, you’ll help ensure that our operational plans are delivered efficiently, safely, and with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
This is a dynamic and varied role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values teamwork.
The successful candidate will support and guide operators and stakeholders from the Operations Centre, acting as a key point of contact and support the delivery of the 12/24-hour operational plan, responding to unexpected changes and escalating issues when needed.
