Role will be part of our Quality Engineering & Assurance (QE&A) Practice. Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end testing strategies across core ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
* Drive successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions by leveraging deep product expertise and prior implementation experience.
* Ensure configurations, workflows, and integrations align with business needs and governance standards.
* Oversee functional, regression, and integration testing across ServiceNow and integrated platforms.
* Manage multiple stakeholders, including SMEs, BAs, tech leads, and third-party vendors.
* Ensure test coverage and traceability by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
* Ensure compliance with QA frameworks such as TMMI or similar.
* Monitor test progress, defect metrics, and provide reports using Zephyr and other tools.
* Mentor QA analysts and promote continuous improvement in testing practices.
* Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and support iterative development cycles.
* Prepare and oversee test plans, ensuring alignment with project milestones and resource availability.
* Execute testing in ServiceNow testing and ITSM workflows.
* Troubleshoot automation issues and align QA activities with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow module workflows (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, etc.).
* Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow testing.
* Strong proficiency in Tricentis TOSCA, codeless automation, or any equivalent automation tool.
* Expertise in defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, DevOps, Zephyr.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
