Food Service Assistant
Telford - Part time

What You'll Do
* Deliver friendly and welcoming service to colleagues, clients, and customers
* Assist with daily service set up, food prep and serving from our tempting menus
* Taking food orders and preparing orders
* Keep service and dining areas clean, tidy, and well-organised
* Work closely with the kitchen team to keep everything running smoothly
* Follow food safety, hygiene, allergen and storage guidelines
* Provide friendly, efficient customer services
* Serve customers and operate tills accurately
* Ensure stock levels and supplies are maintained during service
* Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages
* Check and record food delivery and safety temperatures
* Support special functions and cover other areas as needed
* Report incidents and customer feedback promptly
Essential
What you'll bring:
* Experience in hospitality or food service is a bonus, but we’ll give you full training!
* Communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude
* Strong customer service skills
* A focus on cleanliness and hygiene
* A team-player, with willingness to help out
Desirable
* Electronic point of sale experience
* Knowledge and ability to keep accurate records
* Understanding of COSHH
* Basic computer skills
* Previous food handling experience
