What you'll do: Work as part of the Product Engineering group in the technical aspects of Product Life Cycle Management, particularly within New Product Introduction. You will be required to write validation documents, lead product design / process reviews, validation studies, DOE's, product failure investigations, problem-solving and change management activities. Work using own initiative, whilst collaborating cross-functionally with design, quality, operations, and suppliers to deliver projects on time. Who you are: Have a recognized Engineering Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Product Development or Manufacturing Familiar with process validation procedures and techniques (IQ, OQ and PQ) for new products, processes, and equipment. Good communication skills to clearly articulate technical and project problems, providing clear updates to key stakeholders. Proven experience working within an engineering project environment and demonstrable knowledge of project management techniques. Ability to travel globally where and when required. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Machine development and validation The use of DBS Fundamental (Lean Manufacturing) tools in day-to-day activities.
