Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer looking for a new opportunity in a professional and friendly Bodyshop environment? Our client, a well-established and family-run Accident Repair Centre in Battersea, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their expanding team.
As a Paint Sprayer, you will play a key role in ensuring that all vehicles are finished to the highest possible standard. You will be working within a fast-paced and dynamic workshop environment, where quality workmanship and attention to detail are paramount. Key Responsibilities of the Paint Sprayer:
6. Prepare and paint vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring a flawless finish
7. Mixing and matching paint colours accurately
8. Painting of panels, half and full bumpers, and performing touch-ups as required
9. Carrying out all work effectively and efficiently within manufacturer repair times
10. Ensuring all work meets customer and company quality standards
11. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
12. Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:
13. Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive Bodyshop environment
14. Ability to carry out all aspects of vehicle body repair and paintwork to a high standard
15. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
17. ATA accreditation advantageous but not essential
18. Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work
