Salary: £51-55K P.A (D.O.E)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3/4 days office-based.

Location: Harlow, Essex. Easily commutable from London Liverpool Street or Tottenham Hale Station. We offer a free minibus service to/from Harlow Town Train Station as well as free parking and EV charging on site.

About the role:
As a Change Maker, you will be a catalyst for transformation, driving meaningful change across the Motability Foundation. You will identify opportunities for improvement, challenge the status quo, and lead initiatives that foster innovation, inclusivity, and sustainable impact. This role requires a visionary mindset, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to inspire others toward a shared purpose.
What you'll be doing
· Drive and support change initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
· Engage stakeholders to co-create solutions and build buy-in.
· Facilitate workshops, design thinking sessions, and change readiness activities.
· Assist in the development of change communications and training materials
· Monitor progress and measure impact of change initiatives.
· Advocate for equity, sustainability, and innovation in all aspects of work.
· Support the demonstration, share and adapt to new ways of working.
· Follow best practise governance, techniques, and tools.
Your experience:
