A genuine interest in working with children with special educational needs. Previous experience working with children or in a support role is preferred but not essential. Key responsibilities as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant: Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to monitor and track progress. Assist students with their learning, both in the classroom and in one-on-one settings.
