Senceive, a product line of Eddyfi Technologies, is seeking a Sales Manager (UK & Europe) based ideally in the UK to expand and support our activity throughout the region. This role involves a blend of commercial and technical activities, requiring experience in Technology Sales within the Rail, Infrastructure, or Construction markets.
The successful candidate will cultivate relationships with new and existing customers and partners, develop go-to-market strategies, manage key accounts, onboard dealers, and ensure customer success throughout the sales process. This position reports to the Director of Sales / Head of Sales for Europe, is primarily remote with regular travel, and involves some time at our Milton Keynes office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute commercial strategies across Europe and the UK.
* Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and participate in industry events.
* Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts with business priorities.
* Analyze market trends and support accurate sales forecasting.
* Represent the company externally and promote brand awareness.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language (German, French, or Spanish) is a strong advantage.
* Experience in Technology Sales in the Rail, Infrastructure, or Construction sectors.
* Experience working with railway operators in the UK & Europe.
* Knowledge of geotechnical instrumentation.
* Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
* Success in business development strategy implementation.
* Willingness to travel at least 50% and flexible work schedule.
* Self-motivated, collaborative, and a strong communicator.
