The Social Media Manager & Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing successful organic social media strategies for all SNAP brands. This role is pivotal in enhancing the online presence of SNAP, intruck, and SNAP Access & Security by creating innovative content and fostering engagement with audiences.

Through collaboration with cross functional teams and leveraging insights from analytics, this role helps refine social media strategies to meet evolving audience preferences and trends. The role will have access to an in-house video production team for long form content projects, as well as a dedicated design team to support the creation of high-quality creative assets. All required equipment will be provided to enable effective content creation.

Strong video content creation skills are essential, particularly for short form video, alongside a clear understanding of how content should be adapted for different social platforms.

* Develop and implement an organic social media strategy for SNAP, Intruck, and SNAP Access & Security to enhance brand awareness and engagement across platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta and TikTok.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media initiatives align with broader brand objectives.

* Produce high-quality, engaging content for each brand, focusing primarily on video and posts tailored to specific platforms.

* Ensure all content reflects the unique voice and guidelines of SNAP, intruck, and SNAP Access & Security.

* Create authentic UGC and EGC, with a willingness to appear on camera and engage with audiences directly.

* Engage with followers to enhance brand loyalty, encourage UGC, and build a supportive online presence.

* Monitor and respond to audience interactions promptly, fostering a positive and active community.

* Identify and interact with other brands within the sector to create a broader, engaging online presence.

* Utilise social media analytic tools to track performance metrics, measure campaign effectiveness, and generate insights.

* Create weekly and monthly reports to share trends and insights with stakeholders, using data to refine strategies.

* Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and new tools to ensure innovative approaches to content creation and engagement.

* Adapt strategies based on evolving trends and audience preferences to maintain relevance.

* Work closely with the wider marketing team to create cohesive and consistent campaigns for all brands.

* Collaborate on cross-departmental content that aligns with shared objectives and ensures brand consistency.

* Support the marketing team with various projects and tasks as needed, contributing to overall brand success.

* Proven experience in managing social media for multiple brands, demonstrating the ability to balance differing tones, audiences, and objectives effectively.

* Strong technical skills in using social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics software to create engaging, data-driven strategies.

* Expertise in user-generated content (UGC) and employee-generated content (EGC), with a track record of fostering authentic engagement.

* A deep understanding of emerging trends, platform-specific best practices, and audience behaviour to keep content fresh and relevant.

* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM, SharePoint and other relevant electronic digital portal proficiency.
