The Role
The core focus of this position is to support the learning and development of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS : ages 3:5). You will work as a key member of the team, supporting the delivery of engaging, play:based activities, observing and recording childrens progress against the EYFS framework, and acting as a Key Worker for a small group of children.

Key Responsibilities
You will assist the class teacher in planning and setting up the indoor and outdoor learning environment, deliver engaging, play:based activities tailored to individual needs, observe, and document childrens progress, act as a Key Worker, and contribute to the overall smooth running of the EYFS unit.
