Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: South East and West London (flexible for the right candidate)
Role Overview: The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business and managing existing clients within the facilities management sector. The role involves attending appointments within the territory to win, retain, and grow customer accounts. The successful candidate will manage approximately 75 clients, including medical practices, solicitors, recruitment agencies, doctors, dentists, and law firms, overseeing a business volume of around £800K.
About the Company: Our client has been established for 50 years, generating a turnover of over £10 million with nearly 300 employees and 600 subcontractors. Specializing in facilities management services, the company is well-established and expanding its presence in London and the South East.
Candidate Requirements:
* Field sales experience in B2B environments is essential.
* Experience selling services such as finance, advertising, consultancy, recruitment, or facilities management is preferred.
* Independence, professionalism, organization, and good presentation are key qualities.
* Valid driving license is required.
