Job Description
The Purchase Ledger Administrator will be responsible for:
3. Matching, batching, and coding purchase invoices
4. Resolving supplier queries
5. Assisting in weekly cheque payments
6. Preparing payment runs
7. Statement reconciliations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Administrator should have:
8. A proven track record within a similar role
9. AAT L2 or above
10. A strong understanding of purchase ledger processes
11. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
12. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
13. Good communication skills
14. Ability to work well as part of a team
