What this role is all about:
The Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and retention across key audiences. This role shapes how these groups interact with our health insurance products and the Vitality programme, supporting healthier lifestyles.
Key team priorities include clinical engagement, workplace wellbeing, and champion-led advocacy. While the focus is on core audiences, projects may extend to the wider member base, requiring a broad understanding of Vitality members.
Success in this role requires collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving that aligns with business goals while enhancing Vitalitys brand leadership.
