PPC & Trade Associate - Marketplace

We're looking for a PPC & Trade Associate to join a fast growth scale up. This role is split roughly 50/50 between managing PPC campaigns and driving SKU-level performance through other trade levers such as pricing, deals, creative optimisation, and SEO. It's a great opportunity for someone with strong Amazon PPC experience who wants to broaden their responsibilities beyond advertising. You'll be deeply involved in SKU-level performance, taking the advertising and on-platform results to the next level.
A bit about you
* Own the full-funnel PPC strategy and execution across Amazon, Walmart, and emerging platforms, including the use of advanced tools like DSP.
* Lead the trade experimentation process across marketplaces, covering PPC, SEO, pricing, deals, and more.
* Manage sponsored video production and support high-impact deal events and product launches.
* Monitor keyword rankings, data, and SKU performance daily to maximise on-platform results.
* Research competitors and best practices from other industries to drive continuous improvement.
A bit about you
* Data-driven mindset, using evidence rather than gut feeling; experience testing different PPC tools and familiarity with SQP and AMC data.
* Strong technical Amazon PPC experience, having experimented across campaigns, geographies (including EU), with a proven track record of measurable results.
* Experience managing PPC strategy for a seasonal brand.
* Clear communicator who can explain the rationale behind strategies and reporting to the wider team.
* Demonstrable AI skills, having built, improved, or leveraged AI to create impact.
