About the role
As Store Manager, you'll lead and support an experienced team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving store performance. You'll be handson on the shop floor, rolemodelling Vision Express values and ensuring every customer feels cared for.
You'll be responsible for:
•Leading, motivating and developing your team
•Driving customer satisfaction, loyalty and NPS
•Managing daily operations, performance and resource planning
