Job Title: Senior Planning Specialist – Pigment/Adaptive Planning

A fast-growing, award-winning consultancy delivering innovative EPM solutions to elite clients is looking to strengthen its delivery team with a Senior Planning Specialist experienced in Pigment or Workday Adaptive Planning. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile finance transformation projects while shaping cutting-edge planning and forecasting solutions.
About the Role
You will take on a hands-on consulting role, driving the design and delivery of enterprise planning models from requirements through to adoption. Working with prestigious clients across industries, you’ll help transform financial planning processes with robust, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver end-to-end implementations of Pigment or Adaptive Planning
* Build integrated financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) tailored to client needs
* Configure workflows, reporting structures, and scenario planning
* Act as a trusted advisor to client finance teams on FP&A best practices
* Support pre-sales activities, including proof-of-concept builds and scoping sessions
* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal delivery practices
* Keep pace with platform developments and maintain relevant certifications
What We’re Looking For
* Hands-on experience delivering at least 3 full-cycle Pigment or Adaptive Planning implementations
* Strong understanding of financial processes and modelling
* Proven ability to translate complex client requirements into scalable solutions
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Background in consulting or finance systems roles with significant client-facing work
