Location and Travel
We are located on Gosport Road, near the beautiful Hoeford Lake in Fareham. The nursery is just off the main road, with multiple bus stops nearby for easy access.
What will you be doing
* Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
* Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
* Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
* Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
* Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
* Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
* Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
* Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
