Role Overview The Assistant Communities and Mobilisation Manager is a key customer service driven role within the Ocasa communities. The Assistant Communities Manager will focus on conducting viewings with prospect residents, regular building inspections and delivering exceptional customer service through the delivery of community events and support. Key Responsibilities Conduct viewings with prospect residents, working to individual and team KPIs to drive occupancy Report viewing feedback to the Head of Communities and Mobilisation that offers condition and pricing feedback for central action Carry out a variety of portfolio inspections and checks across your buildings, ensuring buildings are safe and secure, communal areas are clean and well presented, maintaining records of inspections Responsible for the audit and safe storage of keys, ensure all keys are organised, available and stored securely at all times Collaborate with the maintenance helpdesk regarding maintenance and repairs, ensuring residents are regularly communicated to and works are completed to a high standard through inspections / spot checks as required Escalate community issues to management or the appropriate department e.g. Head of Communities and Mobilisation, Senior Facilities Manager Build and maintain strong relationships with residents across your region communities, demonstrating Ocasa values in all of your resident interactions Responsible for coordinating approved community events across your region, ensuring events are effective and enhance the Ocasa resident experience whilst remaining on budget Support the Head of Communities and Mobilisation with portfolio mobilisation processes Adhere to operational processes, policies and procedures at all times Contribute to the leasing walk and building brand standards, adhere to these standards and report any issues to the Head of Communities and Mobilisation and central departments On occasion coordinate open days with/without the assistance of external viewing support in collaboration with the relevant prospect and tenancy management coordinators When required facilitate the servicing of any sectional notices, access to the building by third-parties and assist with consultation events. Provide support to the Head of Communities and Mobilisation and other Senior Management Team members with other departmental tasks, administration and projects Provide cover across other buildings and areas as and when required e.g. busy periods, holiday cover Experience and Qualifications Experience in a similar role within the residential property/hospitality/office space industries, delivering exceptional customer service in a face to face environment An understanding of the residential property industry, specifically the importance of health and safety obligations and inspections Experience working in a target driven role Confident IT skills, able to use Microsoft Office applications and multiple business systems Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to easily build rapport with prospect and existing residents Exceptional administration skills, organised, systematic in following processes, policies, procedures and maintaining accurate records Passion for providing exceptional customer service Please apply or reach out to Residential Living Recruitment with your CV to register your interest and find out more
