The role/responsibilitiesAs Head of Building, you'll take the commercial lead on landmark commercial schemes, overseeing projects from early-stage feasibility through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading Quantity Surveying input on a range of office, mixed-use and commercial developments.
* Managing cost plans, procurement, tendering and contract administration.
* Driving quality and consistency across the team's commercial outputs.
* Supporting the professional growth of a high-performing team.
* Strengthening client relationships and contributing to business development activities.
Skills needed/requirements
* Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts is essential.
* Experience delivering commercial or office-led developments.
* Proven team leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
* MRICS status or equivalent background preferred.
* A clear, client-facing communicator with a collaborative approach.
