Key Responsibilities Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency. Lead by example on the restaurant floor, fostering a culture of excellence, positivity, and high performance. Assist in training, and mentoring a passionate team that upholds the Los Mochis standards of hospitality. Manage stock, monitor waste, and help maintain cost controls to support profitability. Help resolve guest feedback with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained. Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive and growth-oriented workplace culture. About You Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a high level restaurant is a bonus Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service. A natural leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Solutions-focused, proactive, and highly organised under pressure. Comfortable with restaurant management systems and POS platforms. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
