* Managingtheoperatingbudgetofthecommunity.
* Maximisingrevenuestreams.
* Leadingonhiring,traininganddevelopmentofonsiteteams.
* Respondingpromptlytocustomersneeds.
* Implementingstrategiestoensurethesmoothrunningofthebuilding.
* Ensuringtheonsiteteamareimplementingresidentretentionandrenewalprograms.
* Processingpaymentofinvoicesrelatingtothemaintenanceandoperationsofthebuilding.
* Completingreports.
* Supervisingtheplanningandexecutionofsocialactivitiesonsite.
Theperson:
* ExperiencewithinBTR,property,hospitalityorleisureataGeneralManagerlevel.
* Passionateaboutcustomerservice.
* HaveagoodunderstandingofrunningaBTRproperty.
* KnowledgeofH&Sregulations.
* Abilitytoworkunderpressureandmeettightdeadlines.
