We are specifically looking for professionals who have: •?? Extensive classroom experience (2+ years minimum) •?? Strong SEN knowledge (ASC, ADHD, SEMH, complex needs) •?? Proven 1:1 and small group intervention experience •?? Confidence managing behaviour positively and consistently •??
