Job Description
Escone Solutions supports and implements various 3rd party finance software solutions across several well-established organisations and is looking for a new Business Applications Support Analyst to join our team.
The role will be full-time and Aberdeen based but occasional travel may be required to client sites around the UK and Ireland.
Within this role, your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and resolve application support tickets via the help desk (Escone Assist).
* Ensure that agreed-on client SLAs and KPIs are met via the help desk (Escone Assist).
* Collaborate closely with the support team.
* Test system changes and document test plans.
* Liaise with 3rd party software providers when additional support is required.
* Adhere to change control process and documentation requirements.
* Assist with creating project documentation i.e., issues logs, status updates etc.
Desirable Experience
* An understanding of Finance and Accounting.
* Experience working with or supporting iplicit, Sage and OpenAccounts.
* Software experience with a focus on business applications.
* Experience developing test plans.
* Experience in the full life cycle of software development.
* Experience in managing change
