Customer Care Executive:* Acts as the first point of contact for customer enquiries * Handles inbound calls, emails and digital communications * Resolves issues efficiently while meeting service standards * Manages orders, returns and account queries accurately * Updates internal systems with clear and timely information * Escalates complex issues appropriately when required * Maintains a professional and empathetic customer approach * Supports continuous improvement of customer experience
