ServiceNow Technical Architect – Associate Manager

The Role
As an Associate Manager, you will take ownership of hands-on technical delivery while gaining exposure to enterprise-scale projects and client-facing advisory work. You’ll design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions, work closely with senior architects, and support integrations, automation initiatives, and platform governance.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand client business challenges and architect technical ServiceNow solutions.
* Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM.
* Work with development teams to ensure high-quality builds, adherence to code and architectural standards, and governance compliance.
* Support integrations with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise systems.
* Stay up to date with new ServiceNow releases, applications, and AI/GenAI capabilities.
* Identify opportunities to deliver additional client value and support account team initiatives.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and service offerings.
What You’ll Bring
* Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and technical architecture.
* Experience leading small teams or mentoring developers in a technical capacity.
* 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications across multiple product lines.
* Experience with 3+ ServiceNow modules outside ITSM (e.g., ITOM, ITAM, HR, CSM, SPM).
* Advanced scripting and integration skills (JavaScript, SQL, API/Web Services).
* Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Process-oriented, organised, and able to escalate or seek support when needed.
* Experience in enterprise software or consulting environments.
Nice to Have
* ITILv4 certification
* Exposure to AI/automation within ServiceNow
* SC clearance eligibility
