To act as the primary point of contact for the client and to establish an effective relationship with them. To ensure all existing client contractual work is delivered within contract year. To maintain and grow a portfolio of clients to agreed objectives. To work very closely with colleagues across the business on the identification, profiling and conversion of new opportunities. To provide accurate reports incorporating activity and results. To update and maintain records on core systems. To work closely with the Financial Education support team to provide excellent service to clients. To maintain compliance in the Financial Education T&C scheme, inc CPD. To support the personal development of colleagues. Financial Education Delivery To deliver engaging workshops and clinics to client employees, across a range of financial subjects, recognising the evolving needs of employees throughout their careers in both the face to face and virtual arena. To provide relevant and timely communications and engagement to client employees. To handle clients with diverse workforces, requiring a high level of experience and expertise. To support wider Mercer Private Wealth & Financial Wellbeing activity, eg. Identifying appropriate referrals to Financial Advice.
