We require *Female Rehabilitation Support Worker(s) to actively encourage Hannah to engage in therapy programmes that will assist her in achieving goals to increase her independence and take on stronger maternal responsibilities, as a mother to her daughter. Available Hours We are looking for *Female Rehabilitation Support Worker(s) to undertake 24-hour shifts comprising day shift hours and sleeping night shift hours from 08:00 one day through to 08:15 the next day. The care team work to a fixed 4-week rota, with a number of shifts available each week.
