HR Business Partner
Salary - £40,000
Nottingham – Fully office based with ad hoc travel to UK sites.
We are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing UK organisation to recruit an HR Business Partner into a newly created role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded HR generalist who enjoys operating in dynamic, evolving environments and wants to play a key role in shaping how HR supports business growth.
Supporting a diverse workforce across multiple UK locations, this role will work closely with senior stakeholders to improve people processes, drive engagement and deliver effective change as the organisation continues on a strong growth trajectory.
The Role
This is a broad, true generalist HR Business Partner role, offering significant scope to influence, build and improve. You will balance operational HR delivery with change-focused initiatives, ensuring managers are well-equipped and employees receive a consistent, positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders across multiple sites, acting as a trusted HR advisor
Support and deliver change programmes within a growing organisation
Coach and upskill line managers on people management, performance and engagement
Manage and advise on day-to-day employee relations matters
Review, refresh and implement HR policies, processes and frameworks
Support organisational growth initiatives including restructures and change activity
Deliver and support management training using an LMS
Work across both operational and commercial employee groups
Provide support to recruitment activity as required
Operate confidently in environments involving TUPE and union engagementAbout You
Proven experience in a broad HR generalist or HR Business Partner role
Comfortable supporting multi-site, operational environments
Experience of TUPE processes and working with unions
Confident supporting diverse workforces
Strong relationship-building, engagement and influencing skills
Pragmatic, resilient and adaptable, with a solutions-led mindset
Experience within a growing or scaling business would be highly advantageous
Level 5 CIPD qualification is preffered but would also look at someone who has experience at this level and perhaps a Level 3 with a view to complete level 5.What’s On Offer
