We’re looking for a Team Teach trained SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming specialist setting in Durham. You’ll work closely with pupils who need a calm, confident presence and someone who genuinely “gets it.” Your day-to-day will include: Supporting pupils with a range of learning and behavioural needs Using de-escalation techniques to create a safe, positive environment Working alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver tailored support What we’re looking for: Team Teach trained (or open to completing the free training through us!)
