Job Title: Bendi Forklift Operator
Location: Redditch, UK
Salary: £13.18 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 6:00am – 2:00pm (Monday to Friday)

We are currently looking for an experienced Bendi Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team based in Redditch. This is a full-time, position on an early shift (6am–2pm, Monday to Friday)
As a key member of the warehouse operations team, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock using a Bendi FLT, alongside supporting general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a Bendi Forklift Truck safely and efficiently to move stock within the warehouse
* Load and unload deliveries
* Carry out stock rotation, order picking, and packing where required
* Ensure accurate recording and placement of goods
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Follow all health & safety procedures

Requirements:
* Valid Bendi FLT licence (in-date)
* Proven experience operating a Bendi truck in a warehouse setting
* Physically fit and confident with manual handling
* Able to work well independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
