Job Title: Senior Social Worker – Community-Based Adult Safeguarding Team

Drive meaningful impact where safeguarding truly matters. We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Social Worker to join the Community-Based Adult Safeguarding Team in Dudley. This full-time locum position offers £28 to £35 per hour, depending on experience, and is ideal for professionals with strong safeguarding knowledge and hands-on experience in completing Section 42 Enquiries.
Office presence required twice weekly at the Sedgley base.
Responsibilities
* Lead and complete Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries, ensuring statutory processes are followed.
* Develop and implement protection plans in collaboration with service users.
* Liaise with a range of stakeholders including families, carers, medical professionals, and external agencies.
* Attend multi-agency safeguarding meetings, contributing expert insight to ensure effective outcomes.
* Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely case records, ensuring all decisions are fully documented.
