Job Summary:
As a Creative Artworker atRealChemistryyou willuse your experience and knowledge toidentifyand resolve design,artworkand print challenges to the complete satisfaction of a range of clients within the medical space.
Responsibilities:
* Bring creative flair to design briefs of all scales, activelyparticipatingin brainstorming
sessions and developing creative solutions through to final artwork
* Present design solutions to the Art Director/Creative Director for approval before delivering to clients
* Collaborate with account managers, medicalwritersandsenior creativesto deliver andmaintainconsistently high creative standards across digital, print, large-scale and event assets
* Artworkingand adaptation of existing designs across formats, ensuring all work meets brand guidelines, accessibilityrequirementsand compliance standards
* Ensure typography, layout and Photoshop/retouching output is of the highest standard, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in everything
* Check all artwork is built to the correct spec (size,colours, software) and that all client amends and corrections are executed and checked before sign-off
* Question the brief where necessary and use your experience toidentifyand resolve design,artworkand print challenges
* Ensure all deadlines are met, communicating proactively with the Resource Manager on any timing issues
* Stay at the forefront of relevant software,trainingandnew technologyto continually improve department throughput
Required Skills & Experience:
* Hands-onartworkexperience,including large format/exhibition artwork
* ExcellentAdobeCreative Suite skills – particularly in InDesign/ Illustrator/ Photoshop,Figma
* PowerPoint experience would be useful
* Some knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Additionalknowledge of 3D, Motion Graphics, Video editing software,
* Experience in AI tools – CoPilot, Fireflya plus

Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work.
